DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your product has arrived damaged in transit or faulty, please get in touch immediately and supply the following details,

  • photographic evidence of how item was received (ie. product &/or packaging)

  • order number

  • date of order

  • contact details including full name, address, phone number and email

  • a detailed description of the damage or fault

Once all of the above information if received, we will respond straight away with a plan of action.

Please unpack your goods carefully as we cannot be held responsible for any imperfections caused by incorrect handling or removal from packaging.
