ORIGINAL ARTWORK?

Original artworks quite simply mean exactly that! A Unique, One-off Original Artwork created by artist Erin Reinboth’s own hands. You will see the Acrylic and Impasto directly on the canvas, with all the beautiful textures and original colours. All original artworks are signed/dated on back, ready to hang and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

All original artworks come with a beautiful floating frame in Australian Oak (unless stated otherwise)

LIMITED EDITION ARTWORK?

Limited Edition Artworks are High Quality Reproductions of an Original Erin Reinboth paintings. They are the perfect purchase for individuals looking for a professional looking canvas that generates an authentic fine art feel.

Each print is a limited edition across all sizes and fabrications. High quality archival pigment inks are used to capture the fresh colours, fine details and textures unique to Erin’s work.

Please note Edition Prints are replicas of Original Artworks. They will differ in appearance to an Original Artwork and vary in appearance across each individual artwork. They are digitally printed across either canvas or paper surface.

Canvas - Printed on Fine Art High Quality Canvas, 360 gsm, matt coated. Each canvas print uses archival pigment inks and are sealed and waterproof. They are textured to touch, a pliable fabric that are ready to be stretched onto a canvas frame at your leisure.

Canvas sizes refer to the printable artwork. (Framing will add an additional 2cm approx. to the overall artwork dimensions)
Canvas sizes have an additional 5cm mirrored edge to allow for future canvas stretching and framing.

A Certificate of Authenticity is provided.
Canvas options offered - Rolled (no frame) or Stretched Canvas with Tasmania Oak Frame.
Canvas prints are either shipped rolled in industrial strength art tubes or in custom art boxes.

Paper - Printed on Fine Art Matt Archival Paper, Hahnemühle 100% Cotton Rag Paper, 305 gsm, ultra smooth). Paper sizes are unframed. They are flat to touch and have a crisp photographic appearance.

All paper prints are individually Signed, Numbered and a Certificate of Authenticity is provided.
Paper options offered - Rolled only. Framing is not included or offered.
Paper prints are shipped rolled in industrial strength art tubes.

Limited Edition Prints

- All 'unframed' Prints have a flat rate of $35 AUD. They will be shipped unframed and rolled, shipped in an industrial strength art-tube.

Original Artworks & Framed Prints

- Please get in touch for a quote. The cost of international freight is quoted based on the artwork size & your location. All artworks are packaged & delivered by a premium art courier.

HOW WILL MY ARTWORK ARRIVE?

Original Artworks
- Will be packed securely, bubble wrapped with secure cardboard corners in a cardboard coffin box. Labelled ‘Fragile’ - to be handled with care.
Limited Edition Prints
- Unframed Prints on paper or canvas will be shipped rolled in an industrial strength art-tube. Please note all Edition Prints are extremely delicate and to be handled with the utmost care upon removal from their packaging.
- Stretched & Framed Print on canvas will be packed securely, bubble wrapped with secure cardboard corners in a cardboard coffin box. Labelled ‘Fragile’ - to be handled with care.

TIMEFRAMES

Original Artworks - Please allow 2-4 days for shipping of goods, please allow an additional 1 week if framing is still required.
Limited Edition Prints in paper or canvas are made to order with love! Please allow 2-3 weeks for printing and delivery. You will receive a consignment tracking number on artwork’s dispatch.
International orders can take up to 6-8 weeks for printing and international delivery.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND?

Please choose carefully as unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your product has arrived damaged in transit or faulty, please get in touch immediately and supply the following details,

photographic evidence of how item was received (ie. product &/or packaging)
order number
date of order
contact details including full name, address, phone number and email
a detailed description of the damage or fault

Once all of the above information if received, we will respond straight away with a plan of action.

Please unpack your goods carefully as we cannot be held responsible for any imperfections caused by incorrect handling or removal from packaging.

Please be conscious that colours of original artworks and fine art prints may vary slightly to the colour you see on the screen due the configuration of your computer.

SECONDS SALE?

These are artworks with small imperfections to the canvas or small flaws on framing. They have been repaired/patched and otherwise not noticeable. The carry a heavily discounted print to reflect their imperfections. These sale items have no refund or change of mind offered.
